DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All items ship from our small studio in California, within 3-5 business days of your order being processed. We ship via UPS or USPS and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and photo (if relevant). We will help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We currently ship within the United States only.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Email us at info@houseofmadhur.com within 24 hours to cancel.
We can only cancel orders before they have shipped.

RETURN REQUEST
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason things don't work out, we understand. Send your clean, unused item back in its original packaging to our studio within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus your original shipping cost.

Each return request is reviewed individually. To start your return request, email us at info@houseofmadhur.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will get back to you in 1-2 business days.

We cannot accept lost or damaged items, so we recommend using an insured and trackable method to return your items. Discounted items are final sale.



HANDMADE
Our pieces are handcrafted and may have variations in pattern, shape, color and size. These are not considered defects and are part of the unique charm of items made by hand in limited quantities. We cannot accept returns for these reasons, but if the difference feels significant, write to us.

EXCHANGES
No policy for exchanges at the moment. Return old item and purchase new item.
